This is a great addition to the newsletter and provides a hands on feel to what you have been teaching. Thanks! Would recommend a higher powered light for future home views (just so we can see, instead of having audio only) Once again, GREAT job!

This is Great!
Helps to better understand the process of flipping a house, and re-enforces what was taught in class.
Brilliant Idea!

I watch every program on house flipping, buying and selling real estate, staging, interior design, etc. I can find on tv. I can’t wait to see how this house turns out. I am addicted to this subject.

Even though there were periods of camera blackouts, you continually spoke to the audience which provided the needed guidance throughout the video. Now I want to hear about the next phase in the development.

Wonderful. What do i need to do,in order to do that?

This video removes the fear. In not only points out the challenges room by room but it also gives solutions for them. I like the fact that the he was famliar with the neighborhood too. That should make the sale that much easier. My two minor concerns are 1) the lighting (maybe a portable workshop light could be used) and 2) The video played in short bursts. Of course it could have been my connection.
Thanks the video is great and I look forward to following the series.

I have been following and cheking up on Lloyd and Vicki Irvin program for a few months now and I can truly say they are a great team doing great things. I love the concept of the TV show. I think you should go the professional route in filming the show. Light up all viewing areas of the home, edited slightly but keep it real. I also think you should back track a bit and highlight the process of how your student purchased the home at such a great deal.
My true thoughts (not a student yet)

I have great interest in the real estate program. I need all the necessary assistance to make me succeed.

First of all, the beginning of your presentation is excellent! Since your film kept pausing for three minutes at a time, I did not see the entire film. I am very interested in the steps needed in getting these renovations and new appliances financed. Then also with this real estate market how many purchasers can be found who will pay the asking price of approximately $425,000 for this up-dated renovated home in the midst of so many short sales and foreclosured homes that are almost as beautiful as yours when these foreclosures and short sales may be available for much, much less than yours almost comparable to your “newish home”.
Maybe you have this on your film, but it was taking too long to see the entire presentation.
Thanks,
Gwen Glover
