I’ve watched this video and I’m excited about it.. However I took a class that showed you this all in one day already from another group. I’m just having some issues about getting started, when I think I have a deal I don’t feel I have any support to make sure I’m on the right tract.. I have an interest inlearning about your success in the real estate industry. I know that credit is an issue and I have no credit to get a mortgage. I am presently living in an investor house that is getting ready to go into foreclosure. Without having good credit how can I become an investor with this property that I now live in? The property has been appraised last year @$331,000.00 the investor purchased the property for $240,000.00 He had tenants that have not pay the rent. I came into the property to avoid vanderlish. But I am now in need of a place to live and watch your video and got inspired to try. What advice would you offer a person with my stituation?

Where was Master Lloyd with the flashlight!?!? (smile) On a serious tip, that was great. I’ve spotted a couple of properties in Alex.,VA; put my sign on them saying I wanted to buy them and other investors have been CALLING ME wanting to buy. The only problem, they are bank-owned (I later found out). They too need work and like Vicki said, intuitive investors know what to do. I am looking forward to futhering my education so keep doing what you’re doing in giving inclination to the rest of us:)
