Where was Master Lloyd with the flashlight!?!? (smile) On a serious tip, that was great. I’ve spotted a couple of properties in Alex.,VA; put my sign on them saying I wanted to buy them and other investors have been CALLING ME wanting to buy. The only problem, they are bank-owned (I later found out). They too need work and like Vicki said, intuitive investors know what to do. I am looking forward to futhering my education so keep doing what you’re doing in giving inclination to the rest of us:)
